Reporting Concerns

Curvestone is committed to operating Curvestone AI ethically and transparently. If you have a concern about how Curvestone AI is being used, or about our own conduct, we want to hear from you.

What you can report

You can raise concerns about:

  • Harmful, unsafe, or unethical use of AI features within Curvestone AI
  • Misuse of data or potential privacy violations
  • Fraud or financial misconduct connected to our services
  • Conduct that appears to breach applicable laws or regulations
  • Any other concern about the integrity of our platform or business practices

How to report

You can submit a concern anonymously using our reporting form, or directly to a member of the Curvestone team. We take all concerns seriously regardless of how they are raised. If you report anonymously, we will do our best to investigate, though our ability to follow up may be limited without contact details.

What happens next

All reports are treated confidentially. Where a concern is raised in good faith, the individual reporting will be protected from any form of retaliation. We will investigate all concerns promptly.
